CDOT SENDS A GIANT, HIGH MESSAGE IN DOWNTOWN DENVER

August 2016

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), with the help of Branded Cities Network, has erected a new billboard in downtown Denver warning passersby against drugged driving. It hangs at 1552 Curtis Street, and is a 3-D, 28-foot-tall message. A mangled car takes the shape of a joint, which lights up at night, with the words “Hits lead to hits,” is CDOT's latest tactic to raise awareness about the dangers of driving high, not to mention the fact that it’s illegal.
