Streeterville
Bound by Lake Shore Drive on the east and famed Michigan Avenue on the West, this neighborhood has seen a rise in high-end accommodations, hotels and retail. It is home to Lake Point Towers, Whole Foods Market, the historic Drake Hotel and retailers on the Magnificent Mile such as Nordstrom, Apple, and Nike’s flagship store.
Gold Coast
The home to some of the highest-valued residential in the entire Chicagoland region. The Golden Triangle, which is only steps from Michigan Avenue, has a bustling night life with some of the best restaurants in the city. The Gold Coast is also home to the Waldorf Astoria, Park Hyatt, Bentley Dealership and many boutique shops. Branded Cities signs are at the epicenter of this heavily trafficked and highly desirable area of the city.
River North
Located just north of the Chicago River, the River North neighborhood is steps from many iconic landmarks that make Chicago famous, such as the Loop, Millennium Park, Grant Park, the Chicago River (where you can catch boat tours of Chicago’s architecture or dinner cruises) and the famed Magnificent Mile. Teeming with residents and tourists alike, vehicles and pedestrians flood the streets of River North all day, every day.
Wicker Park
The Wicker Park neighborhood, located just west of the Kennedy Expressway and within 15 minutes of the Loop, is home to Chicago’s local arts scene. The residential mix is skewed towards millennials due to its proximity to the United Center, home of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks and nightlife.
Lincoln Park
Located less than a mile from Wrigley Field, these neighborhoods represent the crossroads of hip millennials and entertainment. Lincoln Park and the Lincoln Park Zoo, North Avenue Beach on Lake Michigan, nightlife, restaurants, live music are all here for both residents and visitors. Lincoln Avenue and Clybourn Street are two of the main arterials that connect the Loop, Gold Coast and River North to Lincoln Park and Lakeview.
Irving Park
Steeped in historic buildings and homes, Irving Park is located between the Kennedy Expressway and Wrigley Field. Irving Park has a vibrant Hispanic community and Irving Park Road is the main east/west road that residents use to travel from the Kennedy Expressway to a Cubs game.
Wrigleyville
Wrigleyville is home to the historic Wrigley Field, the playing ground of Major League Baseball’s Chicago Cubs. An upscale demo of young professionals frequent the area, to take in a game or enjoy themselves at the numerous restaurants, clubs and bars. Also of note, is that The Boystown neighborhood of Chicago is also within walking distance of Wrigleyville.
